Ooooh! this looks good! I have already placed my seed order for this spring and am dreaming of doing all these epic things ;) I have a book from my mother in law called 'In a Pickle or a Jam" lol. Its from the 70s ;) home made jellies and sauces sound so good though! Let us knonw how your canning goes :)
