my hutch. Just wanted to share the little Bassett Hound collection on top of the hutch. I love chalkware. Trying not to collect it but, it is so tempting.
I made this piece over 8 years ago when I had a show at the Harrison Center. It was about the women in my family. This is my Mom and yes there is a small glass bottled COKE in the shadowbox.
I bought this plate to re-sell and so far it hasn't gotten past my kitchen. Not a scene you would see here in the Midwest. I think I like it because it reminds me of my trip to Maine when I spent 2 weeks taking a workshop at Haystack.
